To use shampoo: Wet your hair thoroughly with warm water. Apply a small amount of shampoo to your palm, adjusting the quantity based on your hair length and thickness. Rub your palms together to create a lather. Massage the shampoo into your scalp using your fingertips, working it through your hair from roots to ends. Rinse your hair thoroughly with warm water until all the shampoo is washed out. Repeat the process if necessary, especially if you have oily hair or if it's been several days since your last wash. Follow with conditioner if desired, focusing on the ends of your hair. Rinse out the conditioner thoroughly with cool water to seal the hair cuticles and enhance shine. Gently squeeze out excess water from your hair and towel-dry before styling as usual.
