INGREDIENTS
Organic soft white whole wheat pastry flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic sucanat (dehydrated cane juice), non-aluminum baking powder, salt, and baking soda (CONTAINS WHEAT).
DIRECTIONS
Pancakes: Combine 1 cup mix, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp oil, and ¾–1 cup warm water to obtain desired consistency. Makes six 4" pancakes.
Waffles: Combine 1 cup mix, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp oil, and ¾–1 cup warm water to obtain desired consistency.
