DIRECTIONS

Makes 16 brownies. What You'll Need: 18 oz (2.25 cups) Renewal Mill Upcycled Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix, 1/4 cup plus two tablespoons vegetable oil, 3/4 cup hot water. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 325 degrees if using a glass baking dish. Pour the brownie mix into a large bowl. Stir in oil and water. Mix until all ingredients are moistened, and the batter is thick and fudgy. Continue to mix and mash for an additional 60 seconds. Add your favorite mix-ins like chocolate chips, walnuts, or pretzel pieces. Grease a 9" x 9" or 8" x 8" square baking pan or glass baking dish. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes in the center of the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with only a few brownie crumbs. Cool brownies completely before cutting. Once cool, enjoy!
